Terms and Conditions – Anti-Virus for Mind

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Live Life website and its services (including the “Anti-Virus for Mind” course), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other policies referenced herein. No additional action (such as a signature) is required to make these Terms binding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the website and services.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and fully competent to enter into a contract. Minors (persons under 18) may not independently agree to these Terms. Any use of the services by or for a minor is permitted only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Maintain Account Security: Keep your account login credentials (username, password, etc.) confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Live Life immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Single Account: You may not sell, share, or transfer your account to any other person. Only one account per user is permitted.
Communication Consent: By registering, you consent to receive administrative, transactional, or marketing communications (as permitted) via email or SMS to the contact information you provide. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time, but this will not affect your receipt of essential service and billing communications.

4. Use of Services

Live Life provides an online platform for wellness courses and related content. By using the services, you agree to:

Access course materials and participate in activities only through the official website or applications and only as authorized by Live Life. Access is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Abide by any usage limits or guidelines (such as access duration, file download limits, or content restrictions) that Live Life may enforce. Live Life may modify or limit functionality at any time.
Conduct yourself professionally and courteously in all interactions (including in forums, chat rooms, or live sessions). Harassment, hate speech, or other abusive behavior toward instructors, other users, or Live Life staff is prohibited.
Prohibited Actions: You must not: (a) attempt to circumvent security controls (e.g. hacking, sharing accounts, or bypassing login); (b) copy, download, record, or distribute course content beyond what is expressly allowed; (c) use the services for any unlawful purpose or to infringe any third-party rights (see Section 8); or (d) use the platform in any way that could harm Live Life’s systems or other users. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access (see Section 11).

5. Payment Terms

Fees and Charges: Course prices and any related fees will be clearly displayed before you enroll. You agree to pay all fees and taxes (including applicable GST) specified at the time of purchase. All payments are due in full at the time of enrollment or subscription.
Payment Methods: Live Life may accept various payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.) and will process payments through secure third-party gateways. When you submit payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the specified amount.
Invoices: Upon successful enrollment and payment, Live Life will issue a receipt or invoice (inclusive of all applicable taxes) in your name as required by law.
Failure to Pay: If payment cannot be completed (e.g. card authorization fails or chargeback), Live Life reserves the right to suspend or cancel your enrollment and account until the outstanding balance is resolved.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Separate Policy: Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. You should review that policy for detailed terms. In general, cancellations must be submitted in writing or via the course portal.
Cancellation by User: If you request cancellation of a course enrollment before content delivery begins, Live Life will refund your payment according to the Refund Policy (often pro-rated for unused portions). Any administrative fees or charges (such as transaction costs) may be deducted as specified in the Refund Policy.
Non-Refundable Fees: Once course access has been granted or services have begun, fees are generally non-refundable. As in many education services, no refund is offered for course sessions or materials already provided.
Cancellation by Live Life: We may cancel or reschedule courses as needed (e.g. if enrollment minimums are not met). In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or credit toward another course, per the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content and materials provided through the Live Life website and courses (including videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software) are the exclusive property of Live Life or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge these rights and agree not to claim any ownership.
Limited License: Live Life grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content except as expressly permitted. No part of the courses may be recorded, rebroadcast, or shared beyond your own use. You must retain all copyright and proprietary notices on any content.
Trademark: “Live Life,” the course titles, logos, and other brand elements are trademarks of Live Life. You may not use any Live Life trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct while using the services, including but not limited to:

Posting or transmitting any content that infringes another’s rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property).
Posting defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or pornographic material.
Harassing, threatening, or bullying any person; engaging in hate speech or discriminatory language.
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating affiliation with Live Life or any other organization.
Sending unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain letters to other users.
Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the website or services.
Collecting personal data about other users or minors without their consent. Under no circumstances should you solicit or exploit personal information from minors.
Encouraging or facilitating wrongdoing (e.g. instructions for illegal acts, self-harm, or violating any law).

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and Live Life may report illegal conduct to authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Life and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for the services. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, negligence, etc.). Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy and Data Use

Causes for termination include (but are not limited to) violation of prohibited conduct rules, use of false information, or non-payment.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must stop all use of our content and delete any downloaded materials. Surviving provisions of these Terms (such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply even after termination.

12. Changes to Terms

Live Life may modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the website or by providing notice through email or in-app announcements. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India. Both you and Live Life consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
